Drinking more water is one of those New Year’s resolutions that everyone seems to have, but always falls by the wayside. With a cool enough water cooler, though, that might just change things. After all, who wouldn’t want to visit sexy armchair Levi every hour for some more water?
Japanese water cooler manufacturer Aqua Clara is producing Attack on Titan-themed “Hydration Corps” water coolers, which allow customers to swap out the panels on their “Dress-Up Server” cooler models with panels featuring Eren, Levi, or the Colossal Titan. The campaign begins February 26, at which point more information will be released on the official collaboration website. For those who want an early peek, though, the website has a space for a “secret code,” which supposedly only Attack on Titan fans can crack.
The coolers are available for rent with a monthly refill and maintenance fee of 1,500 yen (about US$12.65), with panels likely priced at 8,000 yen (about US$67) to mirror the company’s Evangelion coolers. Each machine has a RO filter and an anti-bacterial ultraviolet lamp for purification, a water-heating feature for tea, and a built-in digital clock.
